A sneak peak of Stella McCartney’s latest campaign see’s her bringing out her inner child for a Bambi inspired Fall/Winter 2009/2010 campaign. Once again cartoons are continuing their comeback in our daily lives – told you I was totally on-trend. As we all know Stella is an animal advocate and I think they are really cute (I know, I know I’m biased ’cause I’m a cartoon too).
“I’m a huge Bambi fan, and the film reminds me of my mum,” said McCartney, referring to the late Linda McCartney. “And we wanted to have some fun. The clothes in the campaign are looking quite fierce, and we wanted to contrast them with the innocence of Bambi,” she added.
Sadly I don’t think we will be seeing the campaign on our magazine pages … so what do you think? Does it make you want to go out and get something of Stella’s to pop in your wardrobe?
