Yesterday I was chuffed to have been invited to the Media Briefing for the Launch of ACP’s 30 Days of Fashion and Beauty at Cafe Sydney, it’s such an awesome venue overlooking our glorious harbour.
We saw a preview selection of 30 pink dresses unveiled for the very first time and modeled by 30 Days ambassadors Alyssa Sutherland, Pania Rose and members of the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer’s Mod Squad including Gracie Otto, Pip Edwards, Zoe Naylor, Kate Waterhouse, Anneliese Seubert, Maree Andrews, Mink Sadowski and Erin McNaught.
It was a very glamourous affair on a gorgeous Sydney morning. 30 Days assigned 30 of Australia’s leading designers to create a stunning pink dress to auction throughout the month of September in the hope to raise $30,000 in 30 Days for breast cancer research for Fashion Targets Breast Cancer which is totally awesome.
The 30 dresses will be available for auction on the 30 Days website from Monday 31st August through to September 30 where we can bid for our favourite piece throughout the month of September. The highest bidder for each dress will walk away with a designer masterpiece with all proceeds going to FTBC.
The lovely Laura Dundovic was looking stunning as usual in Charlie Brown. Leila McKinnon was our MC and Alex Perry was in his signature style mode of just being Alex Perry. Pania Rose was wearing his divine gown and I have to say that it is my dream to one day wear an Alex Perry gown, actually it’s probably every girl’s dream.
We received a goodie bag on the way out and I love the bag, will be great for the beach, and I love my Pandora ring and can’t wait to wear it out this week.
