Giles Deacon and Cadbury Caramel Bunny

Cadbury chocolate meets fashion

by Sassi Sam on 25 October , 2009

Cadbury chocolate and fashion… Talk about a winning combination! Cadbury have teamed up with hot-to-trot designer, Giles Deacon to create a limited edition fashion collection for the launch of their new chocolate goodies Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Nibbles.

Giles was commissioned by the Cadbury Caramel Bunny to create the limited edition pieces and doesn’t she look good enough to eat in this chocolate polka-dot number with matching pussy-bow neck tie! Too cute!

Sadly, this Giles gem is only available for bunnies, but luckily for our English friends they can grab a limited edition scarf, featuring Giles’ trademark cartoon prints, including the Cadbury Caramel Bunny’s irresistible eyes. The scarves also feature pink ribbons in the name of breast cancer. From the beginning of November, if you grab yourself a scarf from John Lewis stores, the net proceeds will go to Fashion Targets Breast Cancer UK.

A limited number of these exclusive babies will also be available for FREE from the Caramel Nibbles online pop-up boutique (www.nibblesboutique.com) from the 29th of October. But don’t fret if you can’t get your mitts on one, because you can still enjoy the latest from the Caramel Nibbles Collection at the same online boutique. You can also keep up to date with the Caramel Bunny’s latest frocks on Facebook.

Can’t wait for the next installment, but in the mean time, wouldn’t it be fun to see an iconic Aussie cartoon character strut her stuff on our Cadbury chocolate. I’m thining Nutsy from Blinky Bill must be in her prime right about now and would look oh so cute on a Cadbury fruit and nut bar. Too cute!
