Some Hello Kitty collaborations really leave something to be desired, I think the Hello Kitty brand must be the most overexposed and over-collaborated brand on the planet, I even think it rushes past the Paris Hilton overexposure! Seriously, have you seen some of the branded ’stuff’ that comes out for Hello Kitty? It’s insane.
Anyway, Hello Kitty is celebrating her 35th birthday and celebrations have been on for young and old but this collaboration is a reasonable one in my humble opinion. A fashion brand we haven’t heard from in some time, Stussy!
The collection combines the iconic Japanese cartoon character with Stussy signature graphics. The outcome is a series of t-shirts and accessories, including keychains and more. The collection will be released on November 7th in Japan.

I often wonder how Stussy survives- but it must be big in Japan?
