Tim Burton\’s Magical Fashion piece
I held off posting this delightful editorial by Tim Burton for US Harper’s Bazaar October issue for the day of Halloween. The publication celebrates Tim Burton\’s long and varied career in film making with a fantastical spread by Tim Walker. Styled by Jacob K, models Malgosia Bela, Sophie Srej and Evelina Mambetova resemble Burton characters in their dramatic makeup and outfits.
Halloween never looked like so much fun!
It could only take the warped imagination and talent of Tim Burton to style these stunning images, which twist and contort Halloween from being silly child\’s play (or an excuse to raid the costume cupboard and play dress ups) into the most high-fashion-worthy holiday of the year.

With infamous characters, such as The Corpse Bride, Edward Scissorhands and the one and only man himself – Tim Burton, donned in the likes of Rodarte, Louis Vuitton, Atelier Versace, seen splashed across the pages of Harper\’s Bazaar, Halloween takes on a new goth-look that flies in on its broomstick straight from the runway.
Halloween is no longer creepy and spooky, but instead chic and cooky, and even more fun now that we have more excuse to splurge on designer wears.

So while most of us can only dream about owning these fabulous pieces, there\’s still no reason not to get involved in the fun and festivities of the holiday, while taking a piece of inspiration from this stunning shoot.
What are you dressing up as this Halloween?
I know we don’t really celebrate Halloween here but it’s so much fun … so happy Halloween!
