To say that I’m excited to see this cover is an understatement. Ellen is my idol, I’ve never really idolised someone so much before in my life, but Ellen she’s amazing and she’s the one person in the whole world that I want to meet. I even have a website (albeit a tad neglected) dedicated to creating my own magazine about Ellen at Ellen in Oz.
Anyway, back to Ellen and Oprah on the cover of the December issue of O Magazine. They share the cover for O, The Oprah Magazine on newstands Thursday November 12. I so hope I can get a copy here. They have two covers, one for newstands and one for subscribers. The feature theme is “Get your Glow on!”.
“When Ellen arrived at the photo shoot for our cover, I didn’t have to ask her how she was doing: it showed on her face,” Oprah said.
“She radiated the kind of peace and satisfaction that comes only when you’re living at your highest potential.”
Ellen will also be on The Oprah Winfrey Show on Monday (November 9), where she’ll discuss life, love and her new gig on American Idol. Man I hope we get that here too, that will be hilarious!
The best thing I love about the cover, “What Ellen DeGeneres Knows for Sure (She Thinks)” … you can’t get more Ellen than that.
I so love how these two amazing women have been able to come together and have so much fun … you can vote which cover you love best, I love the second one. And here is a collage of Ellen’s ideas for a cover … I watch the Ellen show everyday and I loved seeing what her next cover idea would be.
