The multi-talented Usher is coming out with an exciting new men’s fragrance called Usher VIP at the beginning of February next year. Although this is a men’s fragrance, it has also been designed with a woman in mind and I’m a fan of Usher, so there’s my justification for posting it!
Usher says, “I consider fragrance to be one of the most important tools of engagement for seduction. With Usher VIP I created a gentlemen’s scent, which would also appeal to women”.
Just like the man himself, Usher VIP exudes confidence and a gentlemanly charm. It’s woody with spices like nutmeg and exotic saffron, yet fresh with bergamot, tangerine and kumquat.
This masculine fragrance is matched by a statement making bottle. It’s strong in design and even in presence, thanks to the heavily weighted glass and bold logo. The metal V in the logo is short for VIP and is set in usher’s signature spinning ring – the hallmark of his fragrances.
The fragrance will also be available in a limited edition shower gel (RRP $30), limited edition after shave soother (RRP $55) and alcohol free deodorant (RRP $30) with Vitamins A, C and E to keep you fresh throughout the day.
The actual fragrance comes in a 100ml bottle (RRP $109) and a 50ml bottle (RRP $79) and will be available from 7th February 2010 at Myer, The Perfume Connection and selected pharmacies. Valentine’s day is just around the corner, ladies… just saying J.
