Zibibbo Sparkling Wine

Zibibbo – Zibubbly of choice

by Sassi Sam on 22 December , 2009

I recently came across this gorgeous girlie oriented sparkling wine campaign by Brown Brothers.  I’ve been bemoaning our lack of local girlie collaborations for bottles and alcohol.  In the US we’ve seen a variety of artists collaborate with alcohol and bottle companies creating limited edition bottles that are so covetable and collectible!  And let me be up front I’m only an advocate for sensible drinking, it’s disturbing to hear the rising statistics in Australia for girls running wild and being excessively aggressive while being drunk.

But back to Brown Brothers new sparkling wine, Zibibbo and Zibibbo Rosa.  Although it’s really simple, the ribbon that links through to the top of the bottle really creates a stylish girlish touch!  Zibibbo is a synonym for the Muscat of Alexandria grape, from which the sparkling is predominantly made.  And of course I love the Zi words popping out the top of the bottles!  Zilicious and Zipop!

Available nationally at all good liquor stores with a RRP$16.50.

Who would you love to see collaborate with a bottle company creating some covetable bottles for us gals?  Can you imagine a ‘Sassi‘ bottle? hehe

Love,
Sassi
