Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the Lisa Ho lunch which was part of the Fashion Fantasy Designer Luncheon series, which provides an up close and personal view of the Designer and their inspiration for the current collection.

The show and lunch was held at Pendolino, the One Hat Italian Eatery at the Strand Arcade, the perfect location for the luncheon series providing a superb experience serving up a divine lunch.

For today\’s event we were able to get up close and personal with this Aussie Fashion Sweetheart Lisa Ho.  Lisa talked about her inspiration for this collection.  She typically chooses a muse every season and thinks about this person\’s lifestyle needs and this begins her design process.

For her 2011 Spring/Summer collection Lisa paired her pieces with beautiful jewelry from New York Jewelry Designers Rodrigo Otazu & Lee Angel.  She felt the intricate detail and superior craftsmanship worked will with her feminine designs.

The Luncheon hosted by Laura Sparks, showcased Lisa Ho\’s summer collection which was inspired by “Iceland and melting snow”.

The gorgeous prints and muted tones were all very “melting snow” while at the same time brought about the feeling of spring and fashion renewal.  In keeping with the current trend, the hemlines were longer with gorgeous maxi dresses and knee-length pencil skirts.   There were beautiful silk jerseys, crushed linens and paper thin leathers.  All designed to help contour the body and make anyone look gorgeous.

You will feel like a goddess wearing these beautiful romantic pieces, the 2011 spring/summer collection are in store now for more you can visit Lisa Ho’s website:
