Givenchy are releasing a new fragrance that will be on our counters in Australia in August and I thought I’d give you a sneak peek at the new Dahlia Noir fragrance by Riccardo Tisci.
Featuring a harness-clad Mariacarla Boscono as the face of the campaign, the first fragrance developed under the creative direction of Riccardo Tisci (since 2005), Dahlia Noir embodies the mysterious radiance of a woman whose dark beauty shines forth like a black sun.
The Dahlia Noir heralds a new phase in the history of Givenchy fragrances, a return to the roots of exceptional, ultra-luxurious French perfumery. The Dahlia Noir perpetuates the grand tradition of exceptional fragrances, products of the couturier’s imagination, harking back to l’Interdit, the very first fragrance created by Hubert de Givenchy in 1957.
Dahlia Noir is a powdery floral chypre; with notes that include pink pepper, mandarin, mimosa, rose, iris, patchouli, sandalwood, vanilla and tonka bean.
Givenchy Dahlia Noir will be available in 30, 50 and 75 ml Eau de Parfum and will be on counter in Australia from August 15th, closer to the time I will reveal more about the fragrance including our review.
