“The rehydration and anti-evaporation action keeps skin moisturised for up to 7 days.”
Well that\’s what Garnier Body\’s new Intensive 7 days moisturiser range claims to do. However, with no scientific qualifications to my name, I can\’t exactly prove or dispute this, but what I can tell you is that they have some pretty delicious scents and textures for an everyday-style moisturiser.
Available in five different varieties – including ultra softening mango, hydrating aloe vera, soothing honey, conditioning cocoa butter and repairing shea butter – all contain L-Bifidus, which may sound like a virus but I\’m told is a healthy probiotic bacteria found in most yoghurts.
My fave is the Nutritive Mango Oil with its light weight application and refreshing citrus scent. The Softening Aloe Vera Extract is also nice on the skin and somewhat thicker in texture. If you\’re looking for something super sweet then perhaps the Anti-dryness Honey is for you. And if you really want to lather it on, then the Brightening Cocoa Butter and Nourishing Shea Butter certainly do the trick and are also very fragrant.
Garnier Body\’s Intensive 7 days range are fast absorbing and non-greasy.
Available now and retailing at just $6.95 for a 400ml bottle, they are great value for money and are an ideal slather on everyday moisturiser.
