The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge aka Prince William and Kate Middleton along with Prince Harry, attended The Derby at Epsom Downs, England yesterday (Saturday June 4th) looking very dapper indeed in their first public outing since returning from their honeymoon. They were at the races to support Queen Elizabeth and her horse, Carlton House, although favourite to win, came in third.
Kate looked so ladylike and elegant in her white Joseph tweed jacket and Reiss dress, a taupe Whiteleys fascinator, nude patent LK Bennett pumps and a diamante encrusted LK Bennett clutch, with Prince William & Harry wearing the traditional tailcoat and top hat. Also on hand was Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice. And a special mention to the Queen in her fuscia pink outfit!
There are going to be lots of photos of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge when they kick off their first oversees tour starting June 30 in Canada and head over to the US. It is lovely to see the world take so much interest in the young royals.
