The Zeta Bar Gets Extreme for their new Cabaret Friday Night Parties!

Can you remember the last time you found yourself drinking moonshine out of a glass bottle wrapped in a brown paper bag?  Well for us here at the Sassi office it was last night, but don\’t worry we were doing it at one of the most stylish bars in Sydney.

Last night Hilton Hotel unveiled its new weapon in the Friday night stakes: Extreme Cabaret Friday Nights at Zeta Bar. The Prohibition themed spectacular turned level 4 of the smart hotel into a sexy 1920\’s playground for the evening.

The packed out event had a-listers mixing with mimes, skin stretchers, acrobats, and stilt walkers while top notch burlesque dancers and an energetic Baby Gaga heated up the bar top.

But the real treat of the night was the amazing prohibition style cocktails created by first class Zeta mixologist Grant Collins. The Absinthe kept running all night and guests enjoyed premium concoctions with an underworld edge. Our favourite was the fizz powder pill which is taken with an Absinthe filled syringe, and a Sauvignon Blanc poison bottle.

We know where our new favourite Friday night hot spot is!  Running every Friday night at the Zeta Bar, Level 4, 488 George Street, Sydney.

Go extreme!
