| 9 September , 2011 | Reply

Last night, Vogue Fashion\’s Night Out (VFNO), the world\’s biggest fashion and shopping event, illuminated Sydney\’s CBD shopping precinct with an itinerary bursting with all things shopping, fashion and accessories. Celebs and shoppers were out in force having fun and propping up our economy!

Vogue Australia editor-in-chief Kirstie Clements said: “Vogue is truly delighted to have delivered such a wonderful celebration of fashion. Thousands of shoppers turned out for Fashion\’s Night Out and enjoyed the in-store events held by hundreds of retailers involved. The atmosphere in Sydney\’s CBD was tremendous and the event certainly showcased Sydney as a world-class shopping destination.”

The cutest event has to go to Erin McNaught (with her new blond hair) and Didier Cohen over at the Strand Arcade, just adorable!  Bringing the “Summer Holiday” to life they zipped off to the airport, stopped off at a motel and a country laneway for a bike ride and picnic.  There was a blow up pool, rubber ducks, cupcakes and champagne in the three sets The gorgeous pair were styled in the hottest spring summer fashion by Jayson Brunsdon, Gorman, Alex Perry, Terry Biviano, Farage and Fred Perry.

And also special mention goes to Mulberry’s event where they celebrated with a night of Mojitos, Cake and Fantastic Mr Fox themed AW11 fashion. The store was surrounded with grass, toadstools and birdies – a gorgeous woodland theme! There was a face-painting station where guests could have Fantastic Mr Fox illustrations drawn on their cheeks. Celebrity guests included Pia Miranda, Miranda Otto, Emma Lung, Krew Boylan, Ruby Rose, Eve Smith, Annalise Braakensiek and April Rose Pengilly.

Enjoy all the pics from the evening, hope you were there to support our retailers and bagged yourself a bargain and had lots of fun.
