First Look: Crown Princess Mary & Crown Prince Frederik New Official Family Photograph Just Released
CROWN Princess Mary and husband Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark jetted into Sydney yesterday and today were greeted by a cheering crowd at Bondi, where they toured the Sculpture by the Sea exhibition. Looking summer fresh in her white sleeveless matching top and skirt and straw hat, the couple viewed some of the sculptures, including a piece by Danish sculptor Keld Moseholm. Their love of the Bondi tradition saw the creation of the first overseas Sculpture by the Sea in Aarhus, Denmark.
The couple are here with their their 10-month-old twins, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine on their first official tour since August 2008 promoting Denmark as a green and climate friendly country. The Royal Palace in Copenhagen released this updated official photograph of the Royal Family yesterday (November 19th). As you can see the children are peas in a pod with the blue eyes of their father, just adorable!
Next they head to Melbourne, Canberra and Broken Hill. I wonder what it feels like to come back to your home country as a ‘foreigner’ on official duties like she does now!
