It was announced last week Royal Princess Charlotte Casiraghi would be Gucci’snew brand ambassador and here’s our first look at her up “Forever New” campaign as photographed by Peter Lindbergh in a stable showcasing Gucci’s signature green & red stripe. Casiraghi has worked with Gucci for the past two years, they created the uniforms for her show-jumping team during the annual Global Champions Tour and her late grandmother, the Princess of Monaco, was a Gucci fan.

Gucci’s creative director Frida Giannini said, “Over the last two years I have had the pleasure and privilege to get to know Charlotte through our shared passion for horses … I am delighted to celebrate Gucci\’s icons of heritage with someone who is so connected to the history and essence of this house. Charlotte brings the spirit of Gucci to life so elegantly.”

Charlotte will appear in four campaigns over the next two years photographed by four different photographers in a series of images that celebrate Gucci icons.
