Here’s our first look at Georgia May Jagger’s upcoming Fall 2012 campaign for Hudson Jeans and it’s got ‘legs’ of appeal. Paying homage to their 10th anniversary, this is the third year that Georgia May has fronted their campaigns. The cabaret themed promotion was photographed by Dan Martensen under the tagline “Let Yourself Go” the campaign highlights a quartet of jeans designed especially for the anniversary and launched exclusively to retailers around the world.
We can expect to see print ads supplemented by short videos as directed by Patrizio Miceli and Martial Schmeltz starring Ms Jagger and guest musicians such as beat-box artist Tez and French air guitarist Gunther Love. The story runs wild in one film in which Jagger sits atop a golden lotus like an Indian goddess as Brooklyn-based trio Au Revoir Simone strums a dreamy pop tune. The company says via WWD: “It’s about the spirit of the cabaret — being free [and] letting yourself go.”
So of you go, go and let yourself go and do something fun, get leggy with it!
