Round Up of Some Great New Body Care Products We’re Loving from Antipodes, I Love, Nivea, Organix, Lanolips & St Ives
We are seeing the release of a number of Body Care products from Antipodes, I Love, Nivea, Organix, St Ives and Lanolips, so we decided to round them up again to give you a run down of what’s available and if you’ve got a favourite brand then put it on your shopping list! Some aren’t so new, they were released earlier in the year but that doesn’t make them any less special, we’re just getting around to them now!
Cult Aussie brand, Lanolips, released earlier this year their latest weapons targeting dry skin and alongside the mission of making lanolin a ‘cool’ ingredient once again. Winter’s dry air is notorious for causing uncomfortably dry and chapped skin and the best way to combat it is by keeping it constantly hydrated. Lanolips fights for the cause with its acclaimed range that contains Ultra Pure Medical Grade Lanolin, a creamy lanolin ointment that serves as super moisturiser to nourish dry skin.
The Lanolips Lovely Lanolin Triple Buttermilk Body Balm for Very Dry Skin (RRP $23.95) just made the Glamour UK 2012 Beauty Power List, a prestigious list that accounts for the beauty industry’s best products. This body balm contains a triple concentration of medial grade lanolin and is specifically designed to hydrate very dry skin. Mixed with nourishing milk extracts and Vitamin E, the balm settles into the skin’s surface and leaves a silky protective layer on the skin to ensure on-going hydration and smells heavenly.
The Lanolips Lovely Lanolin Golden Ointment (RRP $28.95) is a super moisturizer designed for extremely dry areas such as the hands, feet and legs. We love that it’s 100% natural, containing a mix of lanolin, Manuka Honey and Vitamin E. It’s a very rich ointment that soothes extremely dry skin to leave it feeling dewy and soft. We applied a smidgen to some dry areas after some heavy duty nose-blowing in the office this morning and it victoriously soothed the skin instantly! Just rub it into the skin as often as required, allowing it to absorb so that only a protective veil remains.
These two products are available at Myer, David Jones and Priceline, as well as some selected pharmacies.
