Here’s our first look at Georgia May Jagger for Roberto Cavalli’s newest fragrance “Just Cavalli” as photographed by Mario Sorrenti in Manhattan and the TVC (yet to be seen) is directed by Jonas Akerlund. With the tagline “Just for Her,” and the requisite animal print in the campaign, Cavalli shared with WWD on the choice of GMJ as the face of the campaign:
“She represented the kind of woman that I would like to have for my dresses. If I closed my eyes while creating Just Cavalli, I would see her — sexy, but not vulgar. Delicate, with a sweet smile.”
Just Cavalli is “sexy, cool, trendy and edgy,” and intended to appeal to women from 20 to 35 years old, with 20 to 25 years being the sweet spot. Just Cavalli was concocted by Firmenich’s Nathalie Lorson and Fabrice Pellegrin, and is characterized as a creamy sexy floral. It has a top note of neroli, a heart of Tahitian tiare flower and a drydown of creamy palissander wood accord.
The bottle is of pink glass and gold-toned metal with the juice showing through the Just Cavalli logo. A pink python-skin collar is wrapped around the top of the bottle, while the Just Cavalli bite logo is embossed on the top of the cap. The outer packaging is of pink python-textured paper with gold metallic accents.
It will be available as an Eaux de toilette in three sizes — 1 oz. for $45, 1.7 oz. for $60 and 2.5 oz. for $75 — will be offered, as will a 5.1-oz. body lotion for $35 in the US.
