Anne Hathaway is US Vogue’s December 2012 cover star as photographed by Annie Leibovitz and styled by Tonne Goodman. Her editorial titled “Leap of Faith” features Anne photographed in a field and inside she talks extensively about playing the ‘role she’s been waiting for her entire life‘ as “Fantine” in Les Misérables alongside Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Eddie Redmayne, Amanda Seyfried, Sacha Baron Cohen, and Helena Bonham Carter (she’s lost 25 pounds to play Fantine).
Inside she shares that she’s found “true love, the full-on romantic, till-death-do-us-part real deal.” And cannot wait to become a mother sharing:
“I want to be a mother, and I anticipate loving my children quite fiercely. I think about it all the time, though it’s a silly thing to think about because the kind of mother I’ll be depends on the kind of children I have. I can’t wait to meet them.”
Also inside is an editorial titled “Dreaming a Dream” and features the cast from Les Misérables in character for the editorial.
