Sometimes all you need is a wild night out – revelling in the glitz and glamour of letting your hair down and enjoying yourself. Jimmy Choo’s newest fragrance is inspired by the need to let your hair down and celebrate with a long night of flamboyant fun, with their new fragrance Jimmy Choo Flash and features Natasha Poly as the face of the campaign as photographed by Steven Meisel.
Inspired by the tingling anticipation of preparing for a wild night out, the fragrance epitomises luxury and unadulterated hedonism, to create a stunning floral fragrance.
Opening with flirtatious notes of pink pepper and strawberry, the fragrance is as sparkling as popping the first bottle of champagne. This escalates into heart notes of addictive and sensual jasmine, white lily and tuberose. Finally, the fragrance settles into the bases notes of soft, powdery woods. Together, the blend creates a heady and feminine fragrance that is just so enchanting. Flash is much lighter than Jimmy Choo’s first fragrance, making it a wonderful option for those who prefer softer, subtler scents for their evenings out. The fragrance does fade quite fast, and is easily overpowered by stronger, more dominant scents. However, if you’re seeking something light that won’t overpower you all night long this is still a lovely scent. Our preference is the original Jimmy Choo scent.
The gorgeous bottle was inspired by 1970’s style chandeliers with the sparkling of crystal offset by sombre metal. The dimpled sides plays off the light, making it glimmer on your bathroom counter, while the ultraviolet shade takes inspiration from the flash of paparazzi’s bulbs – a perfect reminder of your favourite, wildest nights, even during the day.
Available nationally at Myer, David Jones, Jimmy Choo boutiques and independents from 27th January and in two sizes; 60ml (RRP $90) and 100ml (RRP $129).
