I have an addiction, I’m owning up now, but I’m addicted to all things health and wellbeing, this is the new life that I’ve created and I really cannot get enough of it. Eat Yourself Beautiful is an easy to read and implement guide to help you achieve inner and outer glowing health. The book shows you how to incorporate nutritionally rich, anti- inflammatory ‘super’ foods into your everyday life focusing on food exclusion recipes that include gluten, wheat, yeast and sugar-free options alongside menu plans and shopping lists (lurve these). Inside you’ll also find advice on what foods to avoid and why, how to detox, information about hidden food sensitivities, allergies and inflammation – inflammation is the major cause of our dis-eases!
Boosting your body with nutrient rich food is the secret to ‘ageless’ beauty … it truly is, your body will glow from the inside out, I can attest to that because I’ve managed to drop four years off my biological age by following this way of life and I know I have many more years to drop as I integrate more and more goodness into my life. This statement by Lee easily sums up simply ageless beauty:

The recipe part of the book is broken down into easy to use sections from Super Smoothies and Drinks, to Breakfast, Snacks, Soups and Salads, Lunch, Dinner, Desserts and Baking … I guarantee you will have this on your kitchen bench flicking through for daily inspiration. Scattered throughout you will find Supercharged Tips which are little bursts of nourishing knowledge for the brain and the health benefits of different foods. The book is a beautiful soft hardback with nice glossy piccies that highlight that natural beauty of the food.
I have integrated a number of recipes already such as; broccolini with garlic & chilli (pg.108), tamari nibbles (p.105), and my fave was the crunchy gado gado (p.141) which I used as a base for a chicken dish I made. I can’t wait to make the raspberry studded pumpkin pie (p.194), it sounds like a strange flavour mix but man it looks divine!
